Gather at the Cross — Easter Morning

Gather at the Cross

Open Invitation to Everyone

Join the Agape Class and Gather at the Cross on our church grounds Easter morning at 8:15, prior to Easter Brunch.

We will have a brief ceremony, removing the black cloth that represents mockery, suffering, crucifixion, and death of Christ and replace it with the white cloth that represents the resurrection of Christ. The white cloth remains on the cross from Easter Sunday through Ascension Day when the cross remains bare until next Lenten season.

Chairs will be brought out for this brief ceremony.
