Immanuel?

Lord God, may we, your people, who look forward to the birthday of Christ experience the joy of salvation and celebrate that feast with love and thanksgiving. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Welcome one and all to Sunday Morning Worship @ First United Methodist Church-Kaufman.
Were we traveling with Joseph and Mary, we’d be nearing Bethlehem now — a relief, especially for the one great with child. So we ponder the solemnity and wonder of this day. Again, welcome to worship this 4th Sunday of Advent.

Pastor Rhea shares his message ““Have you named Him – Immanuel?” as taken from Isaiah 7:14.

Psalm 63:3-4 “Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands!”

Let us join together as one body and sing praises with one voice for His glory.

As you go out into the wonder of God’s creations, let love live in your heart and share the love of Christ with all you meet. “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.” (1 John 4:7)
