Like a Weeping Parent

“The Lord will give what is good. And our land will give its fruit” (Psalm 85:12, NLV). As gardens and fields bear produce, God, harvest goodness also in my life.

Hello Friends and Welcome to Sunday Morning Worship @ First United Methodist Church-Kaufman. On this Labor Day weekend, we pray that all our daily labors may be an extension of this time of worship, done to the glory of God.

Jeremiah 31:33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Pastor Rhea shares his message Just Prophets – “Like a Weeping Parent” as taken from Jeremiah 3:12-13, 9:5-7, 31:31-33.

Psalm 96:1 Oh sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth!

Let us join together as one body and sing praises with one voice for His glory.

“Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone)”
“By His Wounds”
“Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty”
“Lead On, O King Eternal”
“Standing On the Promises”
“On Eagles Wings”

The love of God be the passion in your heart. The joy of God your strength when times are hard. The presence of God a peace that overflows. The Word of God the seed that you might sow.
