The High Stakes of Trust

August 27, 2023 · Isaiah 1:2-3, 31:1 and 30:15

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:28

Hello Friends and Welcome to Sunday Morning Worship @ First United Methodist Church-Kaufman. “Rest is not idle, is not wasteful. Sometimes rest is the most productive thing you can do for body and soul.” —Erica Layne

Isaiah 30:15 For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.

Pastor Rhea shares his message Just Prophets – “The High Stakes of Trust” as taken from Isaiah 1:2-3, 31:1 and 30:15.
