What Is a Prophet?

August 6, 2023 · Jeremiah 11:18, 20

Jeremiah 11:20 O Lord host of hosts, for to you I have committed my cause.”

The Lord is a God nearby, not far off, Jeremiah tells us. God delights to draw near to you and rejoices when you come near to him.

Hello First Kaufman Family and Friends and Welcome to Sunday Morning Worship @ First United Methodist Church-Kaufman. We come together to hear Pastor Rhea shares his message Just Prophets – “What Is a Prophet?” as taken from Jeremiah 11:18, 20.

1 Chronicles 16:29 “Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering and come before him! Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.”

Let us join together as one body and sing praises with one voice for His glory.

“Are You Washed in the Blood of the Lamb?”
“In the Garden”
“Praise to the Lord, the Almighty”
“Great Is Thy Faithfulness”
“Have Thine Own Way, Lord”
“Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus”

May God the Father prepare your journey, Jesus the Son guide your footsteps, The Spirit of Life strengthen your body, The Three in One watch over you on every road that you may follow.

We hope you have enjoyed this time of Praise and Worship for our ever present, loving God. Our prayer is that you have received God’s blessing today. If you are so moved, why don’t you be a blessing and share this message with others by clicking “Like” and Share from this FaceBook page.
